Josh Grignon is a PhD candidate in the Department of Geography and Environment at the Faculty of Social Science, Western University. His research examines how governments and private firms collaborate in the governance, planning, and delivery of infrastructure that supports climate-resilient cities. His work focuses on public-private partnerships, urban policy, and the institutional conditions that shape cross-sector collaboration in infrastructure development. Alongside his doctoral research, Josh works as a consultant with an engineering team supporting large-scale infrastructure systems. His professional experience informs his interest in connecting academic research with practical questions of policy, governance, and infrastructure delivery.
