Xavier Muller is an undergraduate student in the Department of Sociology. His research examines the social impacts of climate change, specifically the ways it exacerbates and reproduces social inequities. Xavier primarily uses qualitative methodologies to respect the reciprocal nature of research and co-create knowledge with participants. At the 2024 WeCLISH climate change conference, Xavier presented his paper “Life on a Burning World: A qualitative examination of undergraduate students’ experiences of climate anxiety”.
